I'm now 6 weeks into my off season, and things couldn't be going better. Balancing bodybuilding and other obligations to work and relationships can be tricky at times, but I really do feel I'm on the right track regarding all aspects of life at the moment. This week I was away from home for a few days, so my schedule required me to train a lot earlier than I normally would, forgoing some hours of sleep for 3 days in a row - a small test, but a test nonetheless. Regardless, we got it done, ate well, and created new experiences with family and friends along the way!
